There are multiple ways;
a. Go to the end via a stronghold or an end portal you buildt
b. Use the command "/summon EnderDragon" (given that you have OP privileges)

Thanks c:, you seem to know a lot. How do you play worldwide? My user is LadyFoxScout if you'd like to add me, I'll try what you told me.

To play multiplayer (worldwide as you say), you first need to find a server to play on, and you need to know its IP address.
You can ask some friends if they know of some good servers, or you can check out this server list to see if you find some servers for your taste.

When you know the IP address (usually four numbers separated by a period, like 12.34.56.78, or as a URL, like mc.server.com), you go into the Multiplayer menu in Minecraft, and either click "Direct Connect" to join at once, or click "Add server" to add it to your server list, and join it from there instead ;)
I'll set up a little test server and Note you the IP, so you can check if you can join :D

Oh, and Minecraft has no "friend list" at the moment, so there's no way for me to add you in the game =P

I looooooooooooove how this looks with the more realistic lighting! If only it could be that way in-game.... I went into the End the other day and brought two stacks of snow and a ton of pumpkins into the end with me. I didn't even manage to kill a single enderman, but my minions made most of them really angry lol.

What's that enderman towards the bottom left-ish doing? Or planning to do?

I can't continue with your tutorials yet because my netbook is too slow to handle my imported stuff from jmc2obj... :T

In that case, I have a few tips for you;
• Keep the imports small, and fill in hollow areas (e.g. inside buildings that won't be needed for the final render)
• If you need a larger area imported, divide it into parts, and import each one separately
• Hide the parts of the terrain model that you don't need visible in SketchUp while you work (either via Right Click -> Hide, or putting them on a separate Layer and hiding it)
• If you need to modify the terrain inside SketchUp, import only a small piece that you can modify, and import the rest of the terrain later
